I’m Sarka, a dynamic and passionate professional dedicated to health and wellness. As a mom of two, I do my best to juggle family life with a fulfilling career. I hold a degree in Public Health and Human Nutrition from Charles University in Prague and another in Fitness Management and Nutritional Coaching from the University of Prevention and Health Management in Saarbrücken, Germany. Yes, I’m a lifelong learner ♥️ I’m also a certified yoga teacher and group fitness trainer.
