Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To provide clarity and fairness to all participants, our retreat refund policy is outlined below:

• 100% Refund – Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund.

• 50% Refund – Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No Refund – Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
