Summer Protein‑Packed Smoothies

1) Strawberry Protein & Fiber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 150 g frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds ← extra fiber & omega‑3
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method
Blend everything until smooth, pour into a glass, and garnish with sliced strawberries.
Optional: rim the glass with a pre‑biotic strawberry topping for an even higher fiber boost.


2) Choc‑Peanut Recovery Shake

Ingredients

  • 200 ml chilled oat milk (creamier than almond)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ ripe banana (keeps sugars lower)
  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter
  • ½ Tbsp cacao nibs for crunch
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method
Blend everything until velvety, add ice, pulse again, then sprinkle the cacao nibs on top before serving.


3) Raspberry Collagen Glow Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 10 g collagen powder
  • 150 g frozen raspberries
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ small avocado for healthy fats & creaminess
  • Ice cubes

Method
Blend all ingredients until silky. Pour into a chilled glass and top with a few raspberries.


4) Coco‑Mango Lime Refresher

Ingredients

  • 200 ml light coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 150 g frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt for extra protein & tang
  • Ice cubes

Method
Blend until smooth, pour into a glass, sprinkle with shredded coconut, and add a few mango pieces on top.


5) Blue Tropic Spirulina Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk (or coconut water for lighter version)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 150 g frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger for zing
  • Ice cubes

Method
Blend until completely smooth and pour into a glass. Finish with extra pineapple pieces for texture.
