An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Nutrition guide, private messages and app notifications
When you choose to save your nutrition quiz, we store your answers and generated suggestions in your account. You may choose to share the saved guide with Sarka when messaging. Private conversations are accessible to you and authorised site administrators. These records remain until you request deletion or your account is deleted. You can request a copy or deletion through our contact page.
When you create meal ideas, we save your food safety screening, declared allergies or intolerances, food preferences and selected recipes in your account. These answers are not sent to advertising analytics or shared with Sarka automatically. Use Delete my food preferences & meals to remove them, or request deletion through our contact page.
Programs and courses store lesson completion dates so you can continue learning. For rolling programs, we save the date you press Start this program and your Zoom preference; weekly access follows that start date. Appointments store reserved times, purchase references and booking status. Paid appointment records may need manual review before deletion to fulfil or resolve your order.
After you press Save, unsaved quiz answers are held temporarily in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes to complete sign-in. Private account pages and conversations are not stored in an offline app cache.
Optional push notifications use your browser provider’s delivery service. We store a device subscription to deliver generic new-message alerts, without nutrition details or message text. Disable alerts from Install the App or your device settings. Signing out disconnects this device. Coaching conversations are not emailed; account, security and order emails continue as required.
