Introduction

Hi! I’m Sarka, a dynamic and passionate professional dedicated to health and wellness. As a mom of two, I do my best to juggle family life with a fulfilling career. I hold a degree in Public Health and Human Nutrition from Charles University in Prague and another in Fitness Management and Nutritional Coaching from the University of Prevention and Health Management in Saarbrücken, Germany. Yes, I’m a lifelong learner ♥️  I’m also a certified yoga teacher and group fitness trainer. 

With experience as a fitness coach, I managed group fitness activities in Freilassing, Germany, served as a DGE-certified evidence-based nutrition adviser, project and workshop planner and worked as an instructor at GYMVMT and Big Sky Fitness in Calgary, Canada. Let’s just say, when it comes to health and fitness, I’ve got you covered!

From the comfort of your home, join me on the mat! This session will be fully personalized, starting with an anamnesis (form will be sent over the email in advance), and interview to discuss the purpose of this 1-on-1 session and what we can achieve together.
