All activities are optional. Join the experiences that feel right for you, and take time for yourself whenever you need it.
Some of the experiences we have planned
- A self-led creative writing activity, giving you space to reflect, journal and spend some quiet time with yourself.
- A Spinal Flow session, an approach created by Dr. Carli Axford, with space to relax and unwind.
- A creative workshop, where we will create First Nations-inspired products while learning through the experience.
- A counsellor-led workshop focused on emotional regulation and the science of compassion.
- Two Pilates sessions with Andrea.
- Three yoga sessions throughout the retreat.
There will also be plenty of space between activities to rest, connect with others, enjoy the beautiful surroundings or simply have some quiet time for yourself. You are welcome to step back from any part of the program and follow your own pace.
