The yoga retreat with Sarka (with Bara as co-host) was incredible! The location was beautiful at the Bee and Bear Lodge. The yoga and activities were well planned and we were all able to participate. The food was amazing from Seeds in Pincher Creek. Sarka and Bara were so welcoming and turned a group of strangers into friends. I would definitely join another retreat with Sarka!
From start to finish The Moonlight Retreat exceeded my expectations of what self care through fitness and nutrition was. There was so much more than that! It was an incredible and rewarding experience for me. Canβt wait to go back next year!

A lot of thought and care put into this retreat! Location, activities, and food were all excellent.
At the moment I drove into the Bee and Bear Lodge, I could tell this would be a weekend to remember. Sarka and Bara did a phenomenal job at creating a healthy and fun weekend. The food was delicious, and they were able to accommodate different diet restrictions. The activities were physical, creative and even threw in some games! Yoga was great for all skill levels, and barre class was a welcome challenge with several modifications for beginners. I would go back in a heartbeat. They created such a warm community. I could not recommend this enough. If you have the chance to experience this weekend away, take it.
